Best Western Durango Inn & Suites, Durango

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean with good access to Durango and other landmarks but felt small and poorly ventilated. The staff didn't have a replacement fan when needed. However, all the required amenities were available, and the free parking was convenient.

The hotel had direct access from the street to the rooms, proving to be convenient for everyone. The rooms, although musty and humid, were spacious and offered a good value for money. The service provided by the owners and desk staff was very pleasant. The location, although a bit off the highway, was handy for easy access and provided a quiet stay. The dining experience was a bit crowded due to breakfast but offered traditional food options. Overall, it was a nice overnight stay in Durango with a pool and patio area to enjoy.

The complimentary cookies upon arrival were a nice touch, yet the location inside the bathroom area was a bit strange. The service was very welcoming and friendly, and the good variety of hot and cold items for breakfast stood out. It's a great spot for an overnight in Durango, close to downtown and bicycling trails.
